Tôm làm sạch, bóc vỏ, bỏ đầu và đuôi, rạch bỏ chỉ đen trên lưng tôm. Chanh cắt lát rồi xiên que cùng với tôm. Nướng tôm và chanh ở nhiệt độ 450 độ F trong 5-7 phút cho đến khi tôm chín.
Pha hỗn hợp nước sốt: bơ lạt đun chảy trong lò vi sóng, cho lá xạ hương, lá oregano, lá húng quế, lá ngò rí băm, nước cốt chanh, tiêu, muối, tỏi băm vào trộn đều, rưới lên tôm là xong.
Cho tôm ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Nếu đã quá ngán với những cách ướp thông thường, thì nướng tôm với chanh theo kiểu chua chua, thanh thanh này thú vị hơn hẳn bạn nhỉ?
