Bánh bao nhân thịt xào đậu hũ và rau cải với lớp vỏ bánh bao được nướng chín thơm phức, nóng hổi, bao lấy nhân thập cẩm gồm: thịt băm, rau cải, đậu hũ chiên và gia vị, ... Thích hợp cho bữa sáng ngon miệng và dinh dưỡng.
Cho vào thố của máy nhồi và ủ bột gồm: 300g bột mì, 3g men nở và 165ml nước lọc. Khởi động máy nhồi cho bột được quyện đều thành khối đồng nhất. Tiếp để chuyển sang chế độ ủ cho bột nở gấp đôi.
Cho thịt băm ra thố lớn. Thái nhỏ cải thảo, đậu hũ bìa chiên, hành lá và ngò rí. Sau đó đổ nguyên liệu vừa thái vào thố thịt. Nêm vào 1 muỗng canh sốt ớt đậu cay, gừng băm, 2g hạt nêm, 2g ớt bột. Mang bao tay nylon để trộn cho hỗn hợp quyện đều.
Bột sau khi ủ thì chia làm 8 khối đều nhau, cán mỏng dẹp. Múc ít nhân cho vào miếng bột rồi bọc kín lại. Làm tương tự cho hết nguyên liệu.
Xếp bánh vào bếp nướng điện, khởi động cho bếp nướng hoạt động trong khoảng 5 phút là bánh sẽ chín vàng đều 2 mặt.
